The Womanity Foundation’s vision is a world where all women and men have equal and full social, economic, and political participation.

Womanity aims to protect women and girls’ physical and psychological welfare; support girls and women’s access to quality education and vocational training; give voice to women in the media to influence society, politics, and governance institutions; and economically empower women by creating employment, revenue generation, and professional career opportunities for women.

To launch the Swiss foundation in New York, Phylos worked in conjunction with Jonathan Marder + Company (the premier New York public relations firm with successes on five continents). One hundred American philanthropic leaders joined Womanity founder and president Yann Borgstedt for a dinner and panel discussion at le Cirque in New York City.

Phylos came up with the concept for this program, in tandem with Jonathan Marder + Company. We identified the philanthropic leaders for the panel, invited them to participate, and planned and coordinated the entire event—from printed invitations to dessert. The event generated great awareness of Womanity, and it forged new alliances with strategic partners on this side of the Atlantic.
